Job Summary
Driving execution on the Consumer business, the full-time remote Product Manager, Consumer will own the Consumer funnel end-to-end, focusing on metrics like conversion and retention through experimentation, optimization, and product delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Consumer funnel performance across checkout, results experiences, member portal, and lifecycle
- Lead an experimentation program involving A/B testing and continuous optimization
- Execute the product roadmap by translating strategy into specifications and ensuring timely delivery
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years of product management experience, preferably in consumer or e-commerce
- Demonstrated success in improving conversion or retention metrics
- Extensive experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis tools
- Strong analytical skills with familiarity in tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or SQL
- Customer-driven mindset with experience in gathering user feedback and insights
