Product Manager, Control Plane

Job Summary

Owning the control-plane surface, the full-time Founding Product Manager, Control Plane will manage the governance of the agent lifecycle, working closely with the CPO to prioritize the roadmap and ship products in a hybrid NYC/remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the control-plane surface, ensuring discovery, visibility, real-time controls, and agent IAM are effectively managed
• Conduct discovery sessions with security and IT buyers, translating insights into a prioritized roadmap
• Make strategic decisions and collaborate with engineers to ship product updates on a weekly basis

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years focused on security, infrastructure, or identity/IAM products
• Experience as a founder or early PM, with a track record of building product processes from the ground up
• Technical proficiency in areas such as proxies, policy engines, OAuth/identity, and audit pipelines
• Demonstrated customer obsession, including conducting discovery calls and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Strong writing skills, capable of producing clear PRDs to articulate product cases
