Product Manager, Credit Card Growth
Job Summary
Owning and scaling the credit card acquisition space, the full-time remote Product Manager, Credit Card Growth will manage the growth card funnel, utilize data for optimization, and champion experimentation to enhance user experiences and acquisition strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the growth card funnel end-to-end, becoming the go-to expert on its performance and opportunities
- Use data and analysis to identify investment areas for funnel optimization and new product features
- Design, execute, and monitor experiments to significantly improve acquisition metrics
Required qualifications
- 3-4+ years of product management or relevant consulting/investment banking experience, preferably in tech startups or financial services
- Bachelor's degree or higher in an analytical or technical discipline (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Economics)
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in SQL, and familiarity with Python or analytical tools like Amplitude and Tableau
- Experience in delivering complex, cross-functional product initiatives with strong customer empathy
- Ability to operate with a get-it-done mindset and comfort with ambiguity in problem-solving
