Key Responsibilities

Own the CRM and lifecycle roadmap and backlog across all products in the B2B2C enterprise platform
Manage enterprise CRM product capabilities, including email, SMS, and automated marketing journeys
Lead a development team in an Agile environment to ensure high-quality delivery

Required Qualifications

5 plus years of product management experience in an Agile environment
Experience with CRM, lifecycle, or marketing automation products
Strong customer research skills with the ability to translate insights into requirements
Proven prioritization and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree preferred
