Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end lifecycle management functions, the full-time salaried Product Manager, CRM will manage the CRM and lifecycle roadmap, oversee enterprise CRM capabilities, and lead cross-functional teams to drive strategic alignment and product execution.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CRM and lifecycle roadmap, including day-to-day backlog across all products in the B2B2C enterprise platform
- Lead a cross-functional development team in an Agile environment, ensuring effective delivery and stakeholder communication
- Conduct customer discovery to identify problems, validate solutions, and define value for enterprise clients and end users
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in an Agile environment
- Experience with CRM, lifecycle, or marketing automation products at scale
- Strong customer research skills with the ability to translate insights into user stories and requirements
- Proven prioritization and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Jira and Atlassian tools
