Product Manager, Cross-Border Payments

Job Summary

To drive cross-border expansion and enhance enterprise capabilities, the full-time remote Product Manager, Cross-Border Payments will set strategic vision and execute initiatives focused on global payout infrastructure, productizing fee passthrough, and developing advanced controls for high-volume operators.

Key responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for global payout infrastructure, prioritizing features like rate locking and local bank coverage
• Ship enterprise-grade controls and reporting tools, including recipient tax reporting and two-step confirmation workflows
• Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships to translate client requirements into scalable product investments

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Demonstrated ability to own a product area end-to-end, defining strategy and measuring outcomes
• Experience shipping products that serve multiple user segments or operate across significant technical complexity
• Proven ability to work with Sales or enterprise customers to translate their needs into product investments
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in data and metrics
