Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager, Customer Care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and primary contact for stakeholders regarding assigned products
  • Assess business needs for process improvements and provide recommendations to leadership
  • Develop and conduct user training for new or enhanced products and participate in product demonstrations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Knowledge of relevant systems and processes with typically 2 years of experience
  • Experience in guiding and educating associates in lower-level roles
  • 3 years of experience in the pharmacy benefit management industry preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft tools and relevant reporting tools preferred
