Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager, Customer Care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert and primary contact for stakeholders regarding assigned products
  • Collaborate on product refinement and enhancements based on business needs and data analysis
  • Develop and conduct user training for new or enhanced products and provide presentation content for product demonstrations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Experience with Calabrio AI functionality strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of relevant systems and processes, typically with 2 years of experience
  • 3 years of experience in the pharmacy benefit management industry preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft tools and relevant reporting tools preferred
