Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Manager, Customer Care.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert and primary contact for stakeholders regarding assigned products
- Collaborate on product refinement and enhancements based on business needs and data analysis
- Develop and conduct user training for new or enhanced products and provide presentation content for product demonstrations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- Experience with Calabrio AI functionality strongly preferred
- Knowledge of relevant systems and processes, typically with 2 years of experience
- 3 years of experience in the pharmacy benefit management industry preferred
- Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft tools and relevant reporting tools preferred
