Product Manager - Customer Engagement

Job Summary

Driving the execution of the Customer Engagement & Education product line, the full-time remote Product Manager - Customer Engagement will manage roadmap delivery, story writing, sprint execution, and validation while collaborating with a distributed engineering team to enhance resident engagement in waste and recycling programs.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the product line roadmap by managing daily tasks such as discovery, story writing, sprint planning, and validation
• Focus on enhancing the resident experience by balancing user engagement with municipal requirements
• Collaborate with PMs across product lines to support integration and unify the Routeware platform

Required qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership within a SaaS environment, particularly with consumer-facing products
• Strong agile fluency, including backlog management and sprint planning
• Experience working with distributed or offshore engineering teams, demonstrating written clarity and async communication skills
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in product analytics and metrics-driven decision-making
• Familiarity with AI capabilities and their practical applications in product development
