Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Manager, Customer Experience.

- Lead the development of UI components that provide visibility into key performance indicators
- Translate customer goals and feedback into actionable product requirements across web and mobile environments
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product management experience with customer-facing digital products or SaaS platforms
- Proven success in designing and delivering analytics dashboards or performance monitoring tools
- Deep understanding of enterprise customer personas and outcomes-based design principles
- Experience integrating GenAI features into front-end experiences
- Familiarity with agile product development environments and modern web/mobile UX frameworks
