Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager, Customer Experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define the onboarding and operational experience for customers using the OASIS platform
  • Lead the development of modular UI components that provide visibility into key performance indicators
  • Integrate GenAI powered features to enhance usability and simplify complex operational tasks
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of product management experience focused on customer-facing digital products or SaaS platforms
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar discipline; Master's degree is a plus
  • Proven success in designing and delivering analytics dashboards or performance monitoring tools
  • Deep understanding of enterprise customer personas and outcomes-based design principles
  • Experience integrating GenAI features into front-end experiences
