Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Manager, Customer Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the onboarding and operational experience for customers using the OASIS platform
- Lead the development of modular UI components that provide visibility into key performance indicators
- Integrate GenAI powered features to enhance usability and simplify complex operational tasks
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product management experience focused on customer-facing digital products or SaaS platforms
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar discipline; Master's degree is a plus
- Proven success in designing and delivering analytics dashboards or performance monitoring tools
- Deep understanding of enterprise customer personas and outcomes-based design principles
- Experience integrating GenAI features into front-end experiences
