Job Summary

Owning a portfolio of customer-facing products, the full-time remote Product Manager, Customer Experience will define and execute product vision and strategy, partner with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements, and leverage customer insights to improve satisfaction and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer experience initiatives
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to deliver high-impact product enhancements
  • Deeply understand customer needs through research and analytics, translating findings into product opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Product Management or a related role, collaborating cross-functionally
  • 2+ years of experience in driving prioritization processes
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using customer insights and product metrics
  • Experience in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
