Job Summary
Owning a portfolio of customer-facing products, the full-time remote Product Manager, Customer Experience will define and execute product vision and strategy, partner with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements, and leverage customer insights to improve satisfaction and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer experience initiatives
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to deliver high-impact product enhancements
- Deeply understand customer needs through research and analytics, translating findings into product opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Management or a related role, collaborating cross-functionally
- 2+ years of experience in driving prioritization processes
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using customer insights and product metrics
- Experience in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
