Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end strategy for key user-facing verticals, the remote contract Product Manager - Customer Identity will manage stakeholder expectations, define requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user acquisition, activation, and personalized communication across digital platforms.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure product roadmap aligns with core business objectives and prioritize features that drive growth
- Optimize acquisition and conversion processes using user feedback and behavioral data
- Collaborate with Marketing and CRM teams to support Customer Data Platform integrations and build automated lifecycle communication flows
Required qualifications:
- 4+ years of digital product management experience with a focus on data-driven methodologies
- Practical experience managing subscription models and lifecycle communication strategies
- Hands-on experience with email and Customer Data Platform segmentation
- Proficiency in agile environments and experience using Jira for team workflows
- Exceptional communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
