Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager, Customer Lifecycle & Automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle strategy, including onboarding and multi-channel communications
  • Lead discovery and roadmap planning for initiatives that enhance customer retention and satisfaction
  • Define and manage AI-driven automation capabilities and drive change management across teams


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 7 years of experience in product management, product operations, or customer lifecycle management
  • Experience with end-to-end customer journeys, including onboarding and payment experiences
  • Hands-on experience with automation or AI-enabled solutions like chatbots and workflow automation
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional discovery and roadmap planning
