Job Summary
Seeking a strategic, customer-focused Product Manager - Data & Marketing to own and evolve MarketSmart, a customer engagement and marketing platform, in a full-time remote role, responsible for defining product vision, leading discovery, and guiding execution to deliver impactful solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for MarketSmart, aligning customer engagement needs with business objectives
- Lead ongoing product discovery to understand customer workflows and validate insights through structured research
- Translate customer and market insights into clear product requirements and prioritized initiatives, ensuring effective delivery plans
Required qualifications
- 3-7+ years of Product Management or Product Marketing Management experience in a SaaS or technology-driven organization
- Proven success in owning product vision, roadmaps, and delivery across the full product lifecycle
- Experience with B2C customer engagement platforms, MarTech, and marketing automation
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in product discovery and validation efforts
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
