Product Manager, Data Migration

Job Summary

Seeking a technically-minded and growth-oriented Product Manager, Data Migration, the full-time remote position will manage the onboarding and data migration experience for new dental practice customers, ensuring a seamless transition to the cloud platform through intuitive tools and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design the practice-facing onboarding experience, including dashboards and status trackers for real-time visibility into migration progress
• Lead the execution of technical customer onboarding, transforming complex data conversion processes into secure and predictable experiences
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop internal tools and infrastructure that support high-volume data migrations from legacy software

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in a fast-growing startup, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
• Proven ability to collaborate across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to develop effective product solutions
• Experience with AI tools to enhance development and workflow efficiency
• Hands-on experience with data tracking and product analytics tools to inform product decisions
• Strong background in leading complex data migrations or technical data transformations is a plus
