Product Manager, Data Quality

Job Summary

Owning the supply side of a data platform, the full-time Product Manager, Data Quality will define ingestion pipeline stages, establish QA standards, and ensure metadata generation for catalog-ready data in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the ingestion pipeline, including validation gates and quality checks
• Make product decisions on metadata extraction and generation during data ingestion
• Establish and enforce QA standards and tooling to ensure data is catalog-ready

Required qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in product management focused on data pipelines or data quality systems
• Hands-on technical skills, including SQL proficiency and the ability to analyze pipeline logs
• Experience working with external data and transforming messy inputs into trustworthy outputs
• Strong judgment in build-versus-partner decisions in a technical environment
• Ability to engage in technical and product discussions with cross-functional teams
