Product Manager, Data Science

Job Summary

To shape the impact of data-driven decision-making in the utility industry, the full-time remote Product Manager, Data Science will define the vision and goals for Storm Insights, manage the product backlog, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Define the vision, goals, and success metrics for the Storm Insights product
• Own and maintain the product backlog, translating client needs into actionable user stories
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to plan and deliver product releases while facilitating agile ceremonies

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software product management, product ownership, or business analysis
• Strong understanding of utility operational data and storm operations lifecycles
• Experience delivering data-driven SaaS or analytics products from concept to continuous improvement
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and managing product backlogs
• Background in a technical discipline such as data science, engineering, or software development is a plus
