Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager, Delivery & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product delivery rhythm, ensuring smooth execution of sprint planning and backlog management
• Coordinate QA and release readiness, establishing predictable release processes and maintaining communication
• Lead product operations by maintaining documentation, managing workflows, and identifying process bottlenecks

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Release Management, or related fields
• Experience running sprints and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
• Strong proficiency with agile tools and workflows
• Comfort with technology and fundamentals of software development
• Background in B2B SaaS and experience coordinating QA or releases is a plus
