Product Manager - Dementia Care

Job Summary

Owning the product vision for the Dementia Management Platform, the full-time remote Product Manager - Dementia Care will design and evolve internal tools that enhance operational efficiency, care management, and reporting for dementia care teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and prioritize the product roadmap to align with company goals for scalability and care quality
• Design intuitive systems that streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency across teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI and automation solutions that enhance decision-making and reduce manual tasks

Required qualifications

• BS/BA degree or higher
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role
• Proven experience in building internal tools or operational platforms
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on workflow design and data-driven decision-making
• Experience with AI or automation in operational settings is a plus
