Job Summary
Championing the developer experience, the full-time remote Product Manager, Developer Experience will drive the product strategy and roadmap for Ping's Orchestration SDK, focusing on optimizing developer tools for seamless integration across various platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Orchestration SDK, enhancing developer adoption and usability
- Collaborate with documentation and developer relations teams to create high-quality resources that support developers
- Engage with customers and the open-source community to gather insights and translate feedback into prioritized product enhancements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong understanding of identity and security protocols, including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and FIDO/WebAuthn
- Experience with AI-assisted software development tools and understanding of their interaction with SDKs and APIs
- Proven ability to define and execute a product roadmap based on market trends and customer feedback
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for translating complex concepts into clear requirements
