Product Manager - Digital Advisor

Job Summary

Leading the long-term strategy and vision for the Digital Advisor Experience Practice Development, the full-time Manager, Product - Digital Advisor will oversee product discovery, manage a high-performing team, and ensure effective delivery of product improvements while collaborating across disciplines in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a compelling product strategy aligned with business objectives and advisor outcomes
• Lead team collaboration to prioritize product roadmaps and releases, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy
• Engage with advisors to identify needs and translate them into tested product hypotheses for solution development

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of relevant business experience, including roles as a product manager or product owner
• Strong understanding of Agile Product Management and iterative development processes
• Expertise in stakeholder management, market and user research, and technology management
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels
