Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Manager - Digital CX.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated Product lead for the assigned market, ensuring alignment with regional requirements and business goals
- Act as the regional champion for omnichannel initiatives, localizing global features for a seamless customer experience
- Own and prioritize the team backlog, leading Agile ceremonies to ensure consistent delivery cycles
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership in a software development environment
- Proven ability to balance strategic planning with technical execution
- Deep understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies and experience with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
- Experience with products that span multiple customer touchpoints (web, mobile, digital)
- Preferred experience in North American or International digital markets, with knowledge of regional localization needs
