Job Summary

Driving execution across a portfolio of B2B digital products, the full-time Product Manager - Digital Fitness will manage in-studio digital experiences for fitness clubs globally, working remotely within PST time zones or hybrid from the Chicago office.

Key responsibilities
  • Translate portfolio direction into clear priorities and aligned roadmaps for high-quality product delivery
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, design, content, and commercial teams to ensure successful execution and adoption of digital products
  • Lead prioritization and navigate complexity to focus teams on high-impact work that solves real problems for clubs and members
Required qualifications
  • Experience working on digital products or platforms, ideally in a B2B context
  • Proven track record of operating across multiple products or workstreams
  • Strong execution leadership with confidence in making prioritization decisions
  • Experience with content-led, streaming, or app-based platforms
  • Familiarity with delivering and managing mobile and TV apps, including app submission and release management
