Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the payments product roadmap to enhance scalability and user experience
• Own the full lifecycle of payment-related products, including digital wallets and payments reconciliation
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define requirements and deliver features that meet pharmacy needs

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical product management focused on digital payments
• Deep understanding of payments technology and security standards
• Proven ability to lead technical product initiatives from ideation to execution
• Strong technical fluency in APIs and agile development principles
• Experience launching payment solutions, preferably in a regulated industry or FinTech
