Product Manager, Digital Payments

Job Summary

To support the fast-growing Product team, the remote Product Manager, Digital Payments will manage the end-to-end delivery of US bank-based payment products, including ACH and emerging real-time rails, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the payment experience for merchants and users.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of product features, identifying improvements and leading execution from requirements definition to product launch
• Translate business needs into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria while managing the product development lifecycle
• Analyze market trends and product KPIs to identify new opportunities and prepare regular updates for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Product Management within online/digital payments
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Familiarity with agile software development and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• A proven track record of driving software product development in a high-growth technology environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to prioritize initiatives and communicate complex concepts effectively
