Product Manager (EHS)

Job Summary

Responsible for developing a strategic product roadmap and managing a team of analysts, the full-time remote Product Manager (EHS) will focus on identifying market needs, driving product development, and leveraging AI to enhance product solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Owns the 12-month product roadmap and aligns team efforts to deliver high-value business outcomes
• Leads AI-informed product discovery and oversees experimentation to validate assumptions and optimize outcomes
• Documents requirements and collaborates with engineering teams to ensure successful product development and delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in technology, business, liberal arts, science, or engineering
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management with a strong background in Agile processes
• Proven ability to balance short-term needs with long-term strategic goals
• Experience with AI and data-driven product development techniques
• Prior experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) preferred
