Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager, Employee Benefits Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, translating requirements into actionable user stories using Agile methodologies
• Facilitate communication with internal stakeholders to address business problems through technology solutions
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to guide the Employee Benefits roadmap and drive product activation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis within Agile
• Domain expertise in Employee Benefits is preferred
• Proven track record in developing and implementing data-driven products and solutions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Engineering, Information Science, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools; experience with Looker is beneficial
