Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager/Sr. Product Manager (Employee Benefits Solutions).

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, translating requirements into actionable user stories using Agile methodologies
• Lead the roadmap and release planning for one or multiple related products, ensuring alignment with market demands and strategic objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product activation and ensure timely delivery of new products or features

Required Qualifications

• 5 - 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis within Agile
• Experience in the Employee Benefits domain
• Proven track record in developing and implementing data-driven products and solutions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Engineering, Information Science, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• Experience with APIs and familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools
