Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for Engagement, including the app home page, AI experiences, messaging, and medication adherence
• Define and track engagement KPIs and perform research to understand patient interactions with the app
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and clinical teams to implement improvements and measure the success of features

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong experience in developing consumer applications focused on engagement and retention
• Experience with AI-powered consumer features preferred
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for product decision-making
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects
