Product Manager, Engagement

Job Summary

Driving user retention metrics, the full-time Product Manager, Engagement will design and ship product experiences that enhance daily usage habits and improve long-term retention while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own features that drive user retention and create compelling reasons for users to return
• Run experiments to analyze engagement drivers and iterate based on findings
• Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality features quickly

Required qualifications

• Proven experience shipping features that measurably improve user retention
• Deep understanding of retention mechanics, including habit formation and personalization
• Strong analytical skills, including experience with cohort data and experimentation
• Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
• Ability to communicate clearly and align cross-functional teams
