Product Manager, Engagement

Job Summary

Driving retention metrics for Cloaked's consumer product, the full-time Product Manager, Engagement will design and ship product experiences that enhance user habits and improve long-term retention while collaborating cross-functionally in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and enhance features that drive user retention and engagement
• Run experiments to identify engagement drivers and iterate based on findings
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality product features rapidly

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in shipping features that measurably improve user retention
• Deep understanding of retention mechanics, including habit formation and personalization
• Strong analytical skills with experience in running experiments and interpreting cohort data
• Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
• Ability to communicate clearly and align cross-functional teams around product vision
