Product Manager, Engagement

Job Summary

Owning the roadmap for patient engagement, the full-time Product Manager, Engagement will manage app features, define engagement KPIs, and collaborate with design, engineering, and clinical teams to enhance user experiences in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for Engagement, including the app home page, AI experiences, and medication adherence
• Define and track engagement KPIs to measure user interaction and satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements that encourage habitual app use

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong experience with consumer applications focused on engagement and retention
• Experience with AI-powered consumer features is preferred
• Analytical mindset with a proven ability to use data for product decisions
• Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional projects
