Product Manager, Event Technology

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and solutions-oriented Product Manager, Event Technology, the full-time remote position will manage the design, delivery, and optimization of an AI-focused experience intelligence platform, collaborating cross-functionally to enhance tools and workflows for event delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for tools and systems that support event delivery and data analytics
• Translate input from various teams into clear product requirements and user stories
• Collaborate with leadership, engineering, and design to ensure alignment on product goals and enhancements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, enterprise tech, or a related field
• Proven success managing all stages of the product lifecycle from discovery to launch
• Strong collaboration skills with experience working across operations and development teams
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and client data needs
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with undefined processes
