Job Summary
Leading the execution and continuous improvement of the HIRE product, the full-time remote Product Manager - FBI Background Check will manage Agile processes, oversee project timelines, and drive customer feedback integration to enhance public safety solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Agile/Scrum execution by maintaining a prioritized backlog and leading sprint ceremonies
- Plan and track project timelines, managing cross-functional dependencies and identifying risks
- Lead customer implementations and feedback loops to iterate product features based on user input
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in product management or related product leadership roles
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, customer-facing software products
- Hands-on experience working with Agile/Scrum teams as a Product Manager
- Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments (e.g., CJIS, SOC 2, HIPAA)
- Proven ability to define and act on KPIs to drive product decisions
