Product Manager, Financial Crimes
Job Summary
Driving the modernization roadmap and data strategy, the full-time salaried Product Manager, Financial Crimes will own the end-to-end functional and technical architecture across all GCIP platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and visualize the end-to-end functional architecture for data flow between platforms and systems
- Translate financial crime risk management strategies into scalable business capabilities and ensure alignment across technology teams
- Manage product backlogs and collaborate with stakeholders to drive product, delivery, and data decisions
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Data Management and/or Product Development related to data capabilities
- Proven track record in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams
- Deep familiarity with financial crimes domains such as AML, KYC/CDD, and transaction monitoring
- Experience in defining functional and technical architecture across platforms, including data flows and API integration
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, with experience in frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban
