Product Manager, Fluency Solutions

Job Summary

Driving the strategy and execution for the Fluency portfolio, the full-time remote Product Manager, Fluency Solutions will manage product vision, roadmap development, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure impactful speech and ambient documentation solutions for healthcare providers and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term product vision and strategy for Fluency Align and Fluency Direct
• Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery
• Drive features and enhancements that support revenue growth, customer retention, and expansion

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution AND at least 5 years of experience in product management, healthcare technology, or clinical documentation solutions
• OR an Associate degree AND at least 9 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience with speech recognition, ambient documentation, or clinical workflow technologies
• Strong understanding of healthcare documentation and provider workflows
• Experience working with Agile development teams and modern product practices
