Job Summary
To support strategic initiatives, the full-time salaried Product Manager for 360Finance will manage the contractor-experience roadmap, drive product execution across the contractor journey, and leverage AI tools to enhance workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Build and own the contractor-experience roadmap for 360Finance, translating company objectives into actionable priorities
- Lead product initiatives from onboarding through point-of-sale financing, ensuring high-quality product improvements
- Design and execute A/B tests to validate hypotheses and analyze results to inform product decisions
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of product management experience with a track record of managing multiple products or features
- Demonstrated ability to improve user experience by diagnosing root causes and prioritizing fixes
- Expertise in competitive and market research, with fluency in both consumer and business sides of a product
- Proven experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and data-driven experiments
- Hands-on proficiency with AI tools for building features and automating workflows
