Job Summary
As the Product Manager for Access Services, the full-time remote position will manage the development and delivery of scalable and empathetic solutions that facilitate customer access to continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) products, ensuring a seamless experience across digital and human channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the discovery process to identify and develop solutions that enhance the customer journey in accessing Dexcom CGM
- Collaborate with design and development teams to implement solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives
- Coordinate with commercial and customer-facing teams to ensure successful launch and integration of new solutions across global markets
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in digital solutions for service experiences
- Experience with patient enablement services and solutions
- Strong skills in discovery, including defining outcomes and validating customer needs
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage influence with various stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree with 8-12 years of related experience; a graduate degree may be preferred with 4 years of related experience
