Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time salaried Product Manager for AI Agents will manage a growing fleet of AI agents, ensuring they effectively meet the needs of internal teams and external clients by translating client requirements into actionable directives and continuously improving agent performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deep dive with customer teams to understand their processes and prioritize agent integration for maximum impact
• Translate customer needs into clear requirements and priorities for AI agents, ensuring high-quality outputs
• Oversee agent performance and quality, identifying gaps and coordinating improvements within the agentic orchestration system

Required qualifications

• 3+ years in product management or a related role with ownership of a product or service
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to assess leverage and ROI
• Proven track record of translating customer needs into actionable requirements
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and prioritize improvements based on impact
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
