Key Responsibilities

• Accelerate PoCs and experiments by building enabling infrastructure and SOPs
• Scale up successful PoCs by creating, executing, and measuring scaled processes
• Generate measurable improvements in brand-facing platform usage and operational cost savings

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in product, operations, analytics, or program roles
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to quantify impact
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Python scripts, or Zapier
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration cycles
• Preferred experience managing scrappy MVPs or automation workflows
