Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to oversee its employee-facing coaching platform, Section Coach.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for Section Coach, prioritizing features for meaningful engagement
• Write PRDs, prototype features, and manage sprint planning
• Design personalized coaching experiences and identify product features for enterprise customization

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of PM experience as the sole PM for a product in startups or high-growth companies
• Power user of AI tools and LLMs, with a redesigned PM workflow using AI
• Strong point of view on the skills needed for effective enterprise AI usage
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineers to define user problems and solutions
• Technical background or comfort working with engineering teams
