Job Summary

Owning AI-powered capabilities within a transaction management platform, the full-time remote Product Manager for AI Solutions will manage the product roadmap, drive customer discovery, and collaborate with engineering teams to enhance workflows and compliance for real estate professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap for AI-powered transaction capabilities, balancing customer needs with technical possibilities
• Conduct customer discovery to identify opportunities for AI to reduce friction and improve compliance in document management
• Collaborate with AI engineering to iterate on product capabilities, utilizing data to inform development and measure impact

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience with end-to-end ownership of a product area
• Experience in building new products or features in early-stage environments
• Technical fluency in AI concepts, particularly in document understanding and workflow automation
• Strong customer-facing skills with experience in conducting discovery interviews and synthesizing feedback
• Ability to define success metrics and analyze data to inform product decisions
