Job Summary
Driving the development of innovative solutions, the full-time remote Product Manager for Benefits Administration will define product capabilities, manage the product roadmap, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance benefits management for HR teams and employees.
Key responsibilities
- Define and deliver product capabilities that simplify benefits administration for HR teams and employees
- Write requirements for new product features and enhancements, leading initiatives from concept through launch
- Conduct customer research and analyze market trends to inform roadmap prioritization and measure product performance
Required qualifications
- Direct or indirect experience in benefits administration or adjacent HR technology
- Demonstrable Product Management experience with successful product launches
- Strong understanding of employee benefits, including compliance requirements
- Experience working within Agile software development environments
- Familiarity with HRIS, Benefits Administration, Payroll, and HCM platforms
