Product Manager for Clinical Operations

Job Summary

To support the growth of a clinical operations platform, the full-time Product Manager for Clinical Operations will manage roadmap execution, partner with design and engineering teams to address customer needs, and leverage AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own roadmap execution for defined product areas, translating strategy into clear requirements and shippable increments
• Partner with design and engineering to identify customer problems and ship solutions from discovery through launch
• Define, track, and report on key results in the form of OKR and impact metrics for your product area

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience
• Experience in healthcare technology or clinical process environments preferred
• Daily fluency with AI tools for research synthesis, writing, data analysis, and prototyping
• Strong knowledge of product management best practices
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited school
