Product Manager for Coaching

Job Summary

To support an impactful coaching program in mental health, the full-time Product Manager for Coaching will execute product strategy across 1-on-1 and group coaching offerings, collaborating with various teams and driving key metrics in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and operationalize the coaching product strategy in partnership with the Coaching Director
• Track and report on key product metrics such as conversion rate, retention, and engagement
• Optimize the client experience to drive meaningful outcomes throughout the coaching engagement

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience
• Deeply data-driven with proven experience in conversion and funnel management
• Strong design sensibility and ability to create intuitive user flows
• Experience using AI tools for prototyping, data analysis, and automation
• Comfortable working in fast, agile environments with development teams
