Product Manager for Data Onboarding

Job Summary

To support the mission of saving lives with data, the full-time Product Manager for Data Onboarding will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of a scalable healthcare data onboarding platform, working remotely while collaborating with engineering teams and health system partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the long-term vision and strategy for the data onboarding platform, ensuring a unified experience for health systems and internal teams
• Own the product roadmap for healthcare data connectivity and extraction, prioritizing investments and guiding delivery with engineering leadership
• Build strong relationships with health system customers to inform product direction through discovery, beta programs, and feedback loops

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, specifically with technical or platform products
• Strong understanding of healthcare data extraction, onboarding pipelines, and large-scale distributed systems
• Deep experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and healthcare interoperability
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving engineering and business teams
• Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership
