Product Manager for Developers

Job Summary

Owning the product strategy for Venn's developer market, the full-time remote Product Manager for Developers will lead market discovery, define success metrics, and drive the roadmap while collaborating with sales and leadership to shape go-to-market strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, identifying target users and differentiating solutions
• Conduct market and customer discovery with developers and security teams to gather insights
• Build and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing tasks based on customer feedback

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience with a focus on early-market or 0-to-1 development
• Experience at a developer-focused company where developers are the buyers
• Hands-on developer background with familiarity in terminal, Git, and various operating systems
• Empathy for the developer persona and commitment to creating high-value tools
• Experience with product-led growth motions, pricing, and packaging for technical buyers
