Product Manager for Digital Experience

Job Summary

To support customer-facing, web-based self-service experiences focused on Account Management and Billing, the temporary contract Product Manager for Digital Experience will own product strategy, manage the product backlog, and lead Agile processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for digital account management and billing experiences
• Partner with Engineering, UX/UI Design, and Product teams to define requirements and release plans
• Analyze customer behavior and engagement trends to identify opportunities for improvement

Required qualifications:

• Experience managing customer-facing web or digital products
• Strong Agile product management experience, including backlog ownership
• Background in self-service platforms, account management, or billing
• Ability to use data and customer insights to drive product decisions
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
