Product Manager for Employers

Job Summary

Seeking a systems-minded Principal Product Manager for Employers, the full-time remote role will define the product vision and strategy for the Employer vertical, driving early-stage concepts and building relationships with employer benefits teams and advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Employer vertical, from initial customer conversations to product launch and revenue generation
• Translate employer and broker knowledge into a concrete product plan, facilitating coordination across various teams and stakeholders
• Continuously validate concepts with real customers and adapt strategies based on market feedback and regulatory developments

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of end-to-end product ownership
• 5+ years of experience in the direct-to-employer and/or broker market, with deep understanding of ecosystem dynamics
• Demonstrated ability to ship high-complexity, innovative solutions in a fast-paced startup environment
• Subject-matter credibility in employer ecosystem dynamics, including incentives and plan design
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/knowledge, with a preference for candidates with non-traditional educational backgrounds
